Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
As long as an order has not yet been sent to print, we can cancel the order and help you place a new one with the changes applied. Please contact us as soon as possible on Live Chat and our team will try to assist. Once an order has been printed, we are unable to cancel or make changes.
Please note that when placing an order, you'll see a preview of the final product upon checkout — this is your chance to review and approve your design. We do not send a proof for approval.
