Andrew has always had a passion for business and branding. He founded StickerYou in 2008 after an inspiring trip to California where he noticed the important role that stickers played in LA life. After returning to Toronto, Andrew researched various methods for buying stickers and realized just how prohibitively expensive it was for individuals to create high-quality, customized stickers. He set out to change that, and StickerYou was born. His vision to create an empowering destination for premium quality stickers, decals, labels and tattoos has helped companies and individuals express themselves through customized products they can create themselves.
As the founder of a global e-commerce leader in custom-printed, die-cut products, Andrew is widely recognized as a leading authority on e-commerce, customization, startups, marketing and the tech economy. He has also served as VP North American Licensing for Nelvana/Corus Entertainment and Director of Marketing for MegaBrands/Mattel.

Patrick brings more than 25 years of leadership experience with technology companies and expertise in both finance and operations. Most recently Patrick was the CFO and lead operations for Pong Game Studios. Previously, Patrick has held CFO and COO positions with Wysdom.AI, Esna Technologies, and Clickfree. Earlier in his career Patrick held executive and leadership roles with IBM and Bell Canada. Patrick is a CPA, CA, having articled with PwC, and holds a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University. He is also active in the GTA "startup" and early-stage community. In this regard Patrick facilitates sessions with the MaRS Discovery District and teaches Entrepreneurship with Seneca College. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys an active lifestyle that includes, skiing, hiking, cycling, squash, and golf.

Shem currently leads the Product and Operations functions at StickerYou. At StickerYou we are focused on delivering great products that solve real customer problems, offering great quality and value. The focus of this role is to drive an innovative and profitable product pipeline while at the same time ensuring current products are driving solid revenue growth through product positioning and eCommerce optimization. He was a past partner in the email marketing startup EmailTrack.com, with B2B and B2C experience in small companies, as well as Hewlett Packard, where he led the E-Business and E-Commerce organization for L.A. and Canada.

He brings a wealth of experience from previous operations management leadership roles in the Indian Navy. Throughout his 20+ year career, Sandeep has managed multi-million dollar capital projects with global stakeholders while leveraging his Masters in Engineering and Business Administration to consistently provide impact to any team he is on. With a data-driven and analytical approach to business operations, Sandeep has further streamlined the production and fulfillment process to get quality products to our customers as efficiently as possible. Outside of work Sandeep enjoys playing the guitar, learning his favorite soft rock and bollywood songs and training for marathons. He has completed four half-marathons so far and hopes to add a fifth soon.

Piragath promotes a strong relationship between engineering and product management at StickerYou and owns several product lines, from strategy and KPIs to roadmap and execution, for both customer-facing and internal products. Prior to his role here, Piragath built and launched numerous innovative mobile and cloud products in financial insurance and payment industries.

Pilvi is a seasoned sales and business development executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in the consumer goods industry. As VP of Retail at StickerYou, she drives category growth, strengthens customer relationships, and ensures the brand sticks outâone channel at a time.
Previously, Pilvi served as VP of Sales and Marketing at Citadel Enclosures and held senior roles including Country Manager and Head of Sales at Cricut, Groupe SEB, Hasbro, and Belkin. Her career spans international markets across Australia and the Asia Pacific region, and North America. She holds an MBA from the University of Newcastle and an ARCT in Piano Performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. Outside of work, Pilvi keeps interested and active with choral music performance, skiing, hiking, and gardening.

Having a background in aviation, Natalia has worked extensively within the federally & provincially regulated landscape and is well versed in policy writing & administration, people & performance management, workplace investigations, labor relations, full cycle recruitment, WSIB/Benefit administration, and Workplace Health & Safety.

Based in South Carolina, USA, with over 17 years of experience in the promotional products industry, Rich has worked with several leading manufacturers in his time. From apparel companies like Vantage, Ash City & Sanmar, to hard goods companies like Zing, and a start in the golf industry, Rich found a passion for promotional products and has built lasting relationships throughout the field. Rich has also explored the distributor side of the business but soon realized how much they missed the connections and customers that had made the industry so rewarding.
