How do I check my order status?

Once you have logged into your account, click your name at the top of the screen, and you'll see several account options. Choose "Order History." From here, you can review your order details such as order status, shipping method, estimated arrival date, and the date it was shipped.

Please note that if your order is over 6 months old, you may need to adjust the view using the dropdown menu at the top. Change it by clicking from "past 6 months" to change it to "any and all" previous orders.

Sometimes the page quantity on the order status screen differs from your original order. Rest assured, this will not affect the number of pages you are sent.

Tracking Information

Depending on the shipping method you select, tracking will be available after the order has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will see the order status display "Shipped". Additionally, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file.

Canada Shipping

Standard shipping orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post. These orders do not have a tracking number, but you will still receive a shipping confirmation from us once the order has been sent.
Rush and Express orders are shipped with FedEx and have tracking numbers. To track your order, you can click the link in your shipping confirmation email or on the FedEx website using the tracking number provided. 

US Shipping

We use two different methods for shipping to the United States. Your order will be shipped via FedEx or USPS, depending on the shipping method chosen (Standard, Rush, Express) as well as the shipping destination.

If your tracking number begins with "9" and is 22 digits long, your order was shipped with USPS Priority Mail. If the number is only 12 digits long, it was shipped with FedEx. You can track your order by clicking the link in your StickerYou shipment confirmation email. Alternatively, you can track this on the USPS or FedEx website, or by pasting the number into the Google search field in most browsers.

In some cases, there is a 24-hour window where your order will have a status "Shipped", and no tracking information will be displayed. This is because the shipping label is still being created. Don't panic! If this is the case, check back the next day. If you have concerns, you can contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to look into this for you!

International Shipping

Tracking is not available for standard orders shipping outside of Canada and the United States. Typically, orders take up to 10-20 business days to arrive. Please add 10 business days to your Estimated Delivery Date for standard orders placed from outside of North America and Europe.
